REVIEW | COLOURPOP EYESHADOWS

A few weeks ago I received my package from colourpop. (for the entire haul you can click here) I got the colours game face, weenie, get lucky and on the rocks. I was extremely excited to try these out because I heard so many great things about them. Today I'll finally review them for you!

The packaging is not that special and looks a little bit cheap but you should expect that for only $5 per piece. It is quite bulky for only one shadow but on the other hand it is really sturdy as well.
The formula of the shadows is quite strange. I would say that it is a cream shadow but the texture is a bit different that other cream shadows. This one is really bouncy and a tiny bit wet whick makes it not as "heavy" and thick as other cream shadows.

Applying these eyeshadows is a bit harder and I don't recommend using a brush for it. I find that using your fingers works the best although it doesn't apply as precise as a brush does. That is why I only like to use these shadows on the lid.
on the rocks, game face, get lucky , weenie
On the rocks - game face - get lucky - weenie
The pigment of these eyeshadows is amazing!
To be completely honest, they are good but I'm not in love with them. The pigment is amazing, and they stay on quite well but I prefer to use brushes to apply my eyemakeup with because it gives more precision.

Which colourpop products are your favorites?

Love,
